DETOX

I started my week long detox today. It is pretty intense. I am hoping it will help cure me of my addiction to sugar and carbs.

Here are the ingredients:

Add some protein shakes and a couple of tablespoons of olive oil every night and you've got it. That's it. Nothing else. And everything is mostly in liquid form. AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are these not the most horrendous things you have ever seen? I am seriously scared of them.

Anyway, I will let you know how it goes. I am determined to follow through. I just cannot let those beets go to waste.....

Rob and Tiff are going to try it next week. Ha!

Ive always wanted to do that but Ive never been brave enough! you are so brave. those beets look like they are currently sprouting legs and about to take over the world.. not kidding. Anyways, tell me how it goes. Have you done a lot of research on it? I know you have to be careful about getting all your nutrients, it looks like from the picture youve got it covered lol. I just heard you have to like prepare the week before by weening yourself off or something. i donno. Fill me in i want to try it sometime i have been getting intense sugar cravings due to stress. I already quit coffee.
coffee plus anxiety is no good.
Anyways, longest message ever your my dietary hero.

I love beets! And beet greens are
delicious too. And after I've cooked beets I always think: What could I die with this beautiful beet water?
